Hayley Orrantia, an American actor, singer, and songwriter. People are familiar with her because of her role in the role of Erica Goldberg on the popular TV show "The Goldbergs.' While she is a performer, her primary passion is music. Since she was 9 years older, she started exploring music. At the age 12, she had taken music seriously enough to begin training professionally. At 13, she began writing songs. The first time she recorded an album at 14 years old. The music has never stopped ever since. Orrantia was born in the USA however she has Hispanic roots. Her family has Hispanic roots even though she spoke English when she was a kid and her whole life was in the USA. In her pursuit of learning Spanish and writing songs she tries to preserve the tradition. "Hasta Verte," a track she recorded in Spanish is a good example. The summer of 2011, Orrantia auditioned for the debut season of The X Factor. Her YouTube video was selected and she was awarded four "yeses" (or votes), from the judges at the Seattle audition. Her initial audition was for "Hollywood Week" as a solo artist. Three other female vocalists as well as her were put together to audition the rest of her music. They were eliminated during the fifth week of live show.
