Lisa Olivia Munn grew up in Oklahoma City. Kimberly Schmid is of Chinese origin and grew up within Vietnam. The father of her Winston Barrett Munn is from an American family that has strong roots in the South of America. Her parents separated when she was two years old and she was raised by her mother and stepfather, an active member of the United States Air Force. The majority of her childhood was spent in Tokyo, Japan, even although the family moved a lot. At this point she performed in a number of local theater productions and later was a model for the Japanese fashion industry. Olivia has relocated with her family to Los Angeles in order to fulfil her dream to be an actress was determined to pursue this goal when the family moved back to the United States. After playing a couple of parts in her professional career, she took a very promising turn when she was offered the character in the role of Mily Acuna in Hawaii's lensed television show Beyond the Break (2006) as well as the part of Rob Schneider's receptionist in Big Stan (2007). She hosts the podcasts "Formula D", "The Daily Nut" along with "The Daily Nut". The sport of surfing is a passion for her as she has practiced since her TV show Beyond the Break (2006). She is also a black-belt in taekwondo. Her mother got married when she was only two years old, and was an Air Force official. The majority of her childhood was spent in Tokyo, Japan where her stepfather was a member.
