Sharni Vison is an Australian American dancer/actor, was born on July 22 of 1983, in Sydney Australia. Sharni Vinson debuted as an actor in 2001 as she appeared in a role in Home and Away, a soap opera based in Australia. The show was able to select her for the lead role in the Australian soap opera Home and Away as her performance on this particular role was so compelling that the casting agents wanted to cast her in other roles. Although she did try out to play the part, she was not selected. She was instead cast in the series in the role of Cassie Turner. The character is young disturbed girl within foster homes. Both the critics and fans who watched the show have praised the role she played.
